Here at Zentric we accept returns! Although, we are currently not offering shipping labels for US orders at the moment. You will have to pay for shipping for returns, but typically shipping will cost anywhere from $2-$10 depending on the product. Currently, we are not able to provide shipping labels on orders outside the US. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Orders placed outside the USA will have to pay for shipping if they would like to return an item
Purchased items that are received damaged, or broken, you must provide proof with an image sent to our customer support and verified.
If you are not satisfied with the product, then you must message our customer support and we will be more than glad to refund you. We care 100% about our customers satisfactory.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your product has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not provide refunds for lost packages or miss delivered items by Shipping carriers. Although, we are willing to reship your package.
If you wish to cancel order, please email us within 24 hours after placing order for best chance of cancellation. Typically after 24 hours, it is likely too late to cancel
